Switched commercial energy plan

I needed to switch our commercial energy plan for my small business. I used ElectricityRates.com to look at options. The website was clear and showed several choices for commercial electricity quotes. I ended up choosing a 24 month fixed rate plan that saved us a decent amount compared to our old provider. The application process was straightforward, though it took a few days for the new service to fully activate. I didn't need to contact support, which is always a plus. It's good to know these comparison sites exist for business owners too.

Good fixed rate plan

I used ElectricityRates.com to find a 12 month fixed rate plan. The process was quick. I switched providers easily and got a better rate. Took about 15 minutes to do everything online.

Found a green plan I liked

So I was looking to switch to a green energy plan, you know, do my part and all that. ElectricityRates.com popped up and I gave it a shot. It was pretty easy to compare a bunch of options for my area. Found a pretty good deal on a solar power plan that fit my budget. The whole thing was less of a hassle than I expected. Felt good about the switch.

Thinking about checking out ElectricityRates to switch my energy. Anyone actually save money with them? Like, for real, real money?

B Barbara Smith 1 month ago
Yeah, I switched last year and definitely saw a difference. My bill dropped by like 15-20% easily, especially in the summer. Just gotta watch those fixed vs variable plans.

I used them a while back. It's not a magic bullet but I did shave a bit off my monthly. Not a huge amount, maybe 10% or so, but every little bit helps right?

Anyone know if ElectricityRates works for apartments? Or is it just for houses where you own the place? I'm in Dallas if that matters.

Nah, it works for apartments too! I live in a condo in Houston and used them to find a better rate. You just put in your zip code and it shows what's available for your area.

Pretty sure they cover apartments. It's more about your utility service area being deregulated than what type of dwelling you have. Dallas should be fine for choices.
